Cozy, pretty clean room with a spacious bathroom. Beds were comfortable enough and staff were ready to help. Besides, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was working really flawlessly...

Nice design of the rooms. The hotel was so close to Interlaken West train station. Central Interlaken district is worth your attention. We loved crystal so we would love to stay here again: D

a train station was close to our hotel. we enjoyed the location, which was good. a great selection restaurants to eat close by, like lotschberg that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
